Art Deco 1930 Cocktail Ring In Platinum With 6.12 Cts Black Opal And Diamonds
Exceptionally beautiful ring, created during the iconic period of the art deco, back in the 1930. This colorful ring personify the deco period and has been crafted in a cushion shape in solid platinum with polished finish. The design show very strong deco patterns and is embellished with one multicolored opal gemstone. The opal has a very nice “pin fire” pattern with an unusually generous amount of blue/green/purple/red play of color.
All gemstones settings are decorated with millegrain patterns.
Black Opal: Mount in the center in a bezel setting, with 1 cushion cabochon cut (12 x 15 x 4.3 mm) of a natural black opal of 4.47 carats, with no crazing, scratching or pitting to opal.
Diamonds: Mounted around and the sides in a French flush settings, with 26 European round brilliant cut diamonds, 1.65 carats, white colorless F color, VS-2 clarity.
