The openwork rectangular plaque pierced in a floral motif, set in the center with an old European-cut diamond weighing approximately 1.50 carats, completed by numerous old European-cut and single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 4.50 carats, accented further with calibré-cut sapphires, mounted in platinum, French assay marks.
